Performance requirements:

Power performance requirements: maximum speed, acceleration performance, climbing ability, energy consumption rate, driving range, rated output power of motor shall comply with relevant standards and product enterprise standards.

Anti-leakage (insulation performance) requirements: Anti-leakage capacity (insulation performance) shall comply with the provisions of GB24155.

Steering device: the left and right angles of the steering wheels of electric two-wheel motorcycles and electric two-wheel mopeds shall not be greater than 48 °;

The left and right corner of the steering wheel of the electric tricycle and the electric tricycle shall not be greater than 45 °.

Speedometer: electric motorcycle and electric moped must be equipped with speedometer, and the error of indicated value of speedometer shall comply with the provisions of GB7258.


Controls, indicators and signal devices:

The graphic symbols of controls, indicators and signal devices shall comply with the provisions of GB15365.


It shall be equipped with a signal device (power indicator) that can make the operator sit in the driving position and see the readiness for operation.


When the traction battery is connected to the control circuit (this state should be realized by the key switch), the indicator signal is green, indicating that the controller has been turned on. At this time, rotate the acceleration handle to supply power to the motor. The indication signal shall be linked with the key switch.
